Poor ratings

Today is day 5 for my family at the lodge. Although the unit's are clean. It's the cold water pools. Your chairs is falling apart. And old. We paid a lot of money to cone to the lodge. But I am disappointed. Further more. The misquitos is eating us alive. Nothing is done about this
