Poor ratings
Today is day 5 for my family at the lodge. Although the unit's are clean. It's the cold water pools. Your chairs is falling apart. And old. We paid a lot of money to cone to the lodge. But I am disappointed. Further more. The misquitos is eating us alive. Nothing is done about this

Rain, stop *****ing peoples money
Rain does not resolve problems in the open for all users to read, Rain keeps sending messages. I cancelled my account more then 2 years ago. I tried to ask for a final letter or invoice so that i can take action against Rain, but they do not answer anybody

Its not even wurth to give yo a 1 star rating. its been several monts that i complained to Telkom about my accounts. you are steeling from me!!. poor service and bad products. my problems is still not sorted out. JH Beyleveldt ********** 602
