****ED UP SERVICE - NEW VAAL MOTORS VEREENIGING

Is there anyway that I can furtherly report these people? I need help because I've taken my situation on Hellopeter but that didn't shake them. Can anyone, somebody please advise what further action do I need to take? It's 6 months now since my car has been with them for repairs tot nou. The insurance has paid them, but they keep making lame excuses. I need urgent assistance
