New York restaurant BAD

What bad experience me and my partner had at this Restaurant. This Restaurant is rated as one of the top Restaurants in Bloemfontein, I will rather buy a garage pie, than ever visit this restaurant again. I've booked a table for Xmas day, 15:15, the table we recieved was direct in the sun, the lady who took us through struggled to drop the blinds. We sat down and order our drinks with the starter, (this was s setmenu) it was not even 5 min when we received the starters, meaning this was already prepared, we did not even received our drinks yet. While the waiter gave me the salad, there was a fly walking all over it, she grab the fly with her fingers out of my plate, and expect me to eat it. My partner asked her to take it away and bring me another one, not knowing if it really was a new one. While eating my partner accidentally knocked over his drink, asking the waiter to bring us another tablecloth. While she was taking the tablecloth, she also took my starter plate, I ve asked her just to give us a few minutes before bringing the main dish, her words was, she can not. We did not receive the tablecloth yet, when she put our food on the table, this was not even 5 minutes. I need to ask her for a tablecloth again. While getting the table covered again, we are holding our food in the air. I did not even want to eat, coming to a restaurant on Xmas, thinking that you will have a nice quiet dinner not being rushed off just to go home again. I could not even srart eating, cause we did not have cutlery, what happened to your service. Unacceptable. Food was terrible, I will not even give to my dog. I will never go to New York Restaurant in Bloemfontein again. Waist of money. Bad bad bad.
