Worst experience ever

Worst experience, I app**** and scheduled for 8:00 no one showed up I didn’t go to work because of the appointment

They came at 9. Did the installation finished at 12:00. I called many times and stayed in the for 15-20 mins just to get hold of someone to activate internet because I needed to work. From 12:28 to 16:40 calling this company and they got someone they said they can’t help because people knocked off !!! I wasted my day and wasted my money calling and put transferred and put on hold for soo long without assistance Even now I don’t internet.i am very frustrated and angry because 1 simple thing couldn’t be done. What an experience very horrible!!!!
