Beware of the Chinese online shop Newfrog

Chinese online shop. Ordered a few goods from them. When parcel arrived (quick by courier as paid for) some items were missing. When I queried they said it was send in a separate parcel to my "postal" address which happened to be the street address where the courier delivered. We don't get post at that address. Hence 3 months later still nothing received. Now they do not reply to emails neither am I getting a refund. They basically stole my money. newfrog.com
