Lack of communication

I have been attempting to contact their landline since this morning. Im waiting to hear when a technician will be sent to my house, this was logged on Friday 5 September already! This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It's difficult to see how any meaningful business can be conducted with such poor client service.
