Bad service delivery
This company replaced parts on my washing machine and a few days after, and after R5800, the machine does not work anymore. They confirmed that they will come back today (8th of September) but no show. Now, I cant get hold of them. Tried calling probably 10 times but no luck. This is unacceptable to say the least. Can someone please call me back.

Lack of communication
I have been attempting to contact their landline since this morning. Im waiting to hear when a technician will be sent to my house, this was logged on Friday 5 September already! This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It's difficult to see how any meaningful business can be conducted with such poor client service.

NEWGESS ELECTRICAL POOR SERVICE & REFUSE TO PROCESS MY REFUND
No Rating Actually Please don't use Newgees electrical I called them to fix my Fridge they came and made me pay them before they touched the Fridge, I told them on the same day the Fridge was not fixed and they said they'll come the following day I must give it 24 hours and they never came 5 days later they came without notifying me and I was not at home, two weeks later they finally came and checked the Fridge they said I need to pay them extra R6500 for the part that needs to be replaced and I gave them R5000 deposit on the 03.02 a week later they said nothing they never came, right now they want me to wait for days before they can refund me, I have been without a Fridge for almost a month because of them, I could have used other service providers to fix my fridge if they didn't lie and kept my money with them. I spoke to the Director himself, and he doesn't have the answers but is refusing to pay me back, the HR lady said the payment is processed and waiting for the Director to release it, and when I called the Director to advise, few minutes later I received a letter stating I'll have to wait for more days before my refund PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS KIND OF ****MER.

Company of con artists and *******
Please avoid this business. As you can see they don’t even respond to reviews here. They simply don’t care. A technician was called to my property to fix a noisy fridge compressor. After an assessment they installed a new compressor - which did not solve the noise issue at all. They returned to have a look at it and the technician forgot to put the fan back on. My entire double door fridge freezer defrosted overnight. I lost over R2000 worth of fresh and frozen food not to mention the hassle of cleaning a fridge on a Saturday morning. Multiple calls over days later and I finally got a hold of someone on HR a week later. Promised to refund R1500 but made me feel as they were doing me a favour. Six weeks later I have not received this money. I have made many requests and calls. The owner is a 7 day Adventist, pretending to be very religious but masquerading as a ***** with a very poorly run establishment who simply doesn’t care. Please just avoid. I will go to small claims court and report them to Samsung who have them listed as an endorsed service provider.

The best part of this exchange with newgees is that this nightmare with the company is almost over with.....

Don't trust this repair company!
The absolute worst experience ever getting my washing machine repaired. Stay away, these guys are not reliable or reputable Machine collected Thursday with promises of a return either Friday or Sunday (and yes, I clarified this several times as they work Sunday and not Saturday) No return on Friday! Sunday I put in multiple calls which were never answered! Sunday 5pm I received an email with apologies about delays because of defective parts and promises of making this right Monday am I call again, and am told that it is defective parts, too early to phone suppliers (850am) - it is a defy machine, so are you telling me you only keep/order 1 of each part? Nonsense. I am promised a return phone call which never happens but the cracker is being promised a loan washing machine if I can't get the washer back today Now, at 1235pm I have received another email saying I will only have the machine back tomorrow. At no extra cost! OH thanks for that. Why would I have to pay extra because of your delays? And now, no temp machine. Worst ever business. Will never ever use them again. And at this stage, with the lack of reliability or truth, I don't even think I will get my machine back!

Don't trust this repair company!
The absolute worst experience ever getting my washing machine repaired. Stay away, these guys are not reliable or reputable Machine collected Thursday with promises of a return either Friday or Sunday (and yes, I clarified this several times as they work Sunday and not Saturday) No return on Friday! Sunday I put in multiple calls which were never answered! It's been 3 months waiting for a new Smeg oven door to be installed. Every time I contact them as to why there is the delay, a new excuse is given, "The supply doesn't have stock. / The supplier sent the wrong colour. / The stock is stuck in customs. / The stock was lost./ etc." They're very quick to take your money then very poor at given the service paid for. Still do not have a clear answer as if they have a part, when it will arrive. The consultant at NewGees which has been responsible for this order is Francis.
