Don't trust this repair company!

The absolute worst experience ever getting my washing machine repaired. Stay away, these guys are not reliable or reputable

Machine collected Thursday with promises of a return either Friday or Sunday (and yes, I clarified this several times as they work Sunday and not Saturday)

No return on Friday!

Sunday I put in multiple calls which were never answered!

Sunday 5pm I received an email with apologies about delays because of defective parts and promises of making this right

Monday am I call again, and am told that it is defective parts, too early to phone suppliers (850am) - it is a defy machine, so are you telling me you only keep/order 1 of each part? Nonsense.

I am promised a return phone call which never happens but the cracker is being promised a loan washing machine if I can't get the washer back today

Now, at 1235pm I have received another email saying I will only have the machine back tomorrow. At no extra cost! OH thanks for that. Why would I have to pay extra because of your delays? And now, no temp machine.

Worst ever business. Will never ever use them again. And at this stage, with the lack of reliability or truth, I don't even think I will get my machine back!
