NEWGESS ELECTRICAL POOR SERVICE & REFUSE TO PROCESS MY REFUND

No Rating Actually Please don't use Newgees electrical I called them to fix my Fridge they came and made me pay them before they touched the Fridge, I told them on the same day the Fridge was not fixed and they said they'll come the following day I must give it 24 hours and they never came 5 days later they came without notifying me and I was not at home, two weeks later they finally came and checked the Fridge they said I need to pay them extra R6500 for the part that needs to be replaced and I gave them R5000 deposit on the 03.02 a week later they said nothing they never came, right now they want me to wait for days before they can refund me, I have been without a Fridge for almost a month because of them, I could have used other service providers to fix my fridge if they didn't lie and kept my money with them. I spoke to the Director himself, and he doesn't have the answers but is refusing to pay me back, the HR lady said the payment is processed and waiting for the Director to release it, and when I called the Director to advise, few minutes later I received a letter stating I'll have to wait for more days before my refund PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS KIND OF ****MER.
