Please avoid this business. As you can see they don’t even respond to reviews here. They simply don’t care. A technician was called to my property to fix a noisy fridge compressor. After an assessment they installed a new compressor - which did not solve the noise issue at all. They returned to have a look at it and the technician forgot to put the fan back on. My entire double door fridge freezer defrosted overnight. I lost over R2000 worth of fresh and frozen food not to mention the hassle of cleaning a fridge on a Saturday morning. Multiple calls over days later and I finally got a hold of someone on HR a week later. Promised to refund R1500 but made me feel as they were doing me a favour. Six weeks later I have not received this money. I have made many requests and calls. The owner is a 7 day Adventist, pretending to be very religious but masquerading as a ***** with a very poorly run establishment who simply doesn’t care. Please just avoid. I will go to small claims court and report them to Samsung who have them listed as an endorsed service provider.
I ordered two bunches of flowers and one bonsai for three members of the family living in one house. When I do the online payment, netflorist wanted to charge me for three deliveries even though the delivery request was for the same day at the same time???? That is a rip-off.<br> Therefore I reduced the number of orders to two and requested that they are made at the same time (and I paid for two deliveries). One bunch is for my mum for mother's day and I got my dad the bonsai as a side gift<br> Now I find out that one is being delivered today and the other tomorrow which totally spoils the surprise !! My dad will get his gift before my mum gets hers for mothers day??????<br> very disappointing - when I called them they had absolutely no idea how to handle the complaint and were useless.
