This same technician came back to install the parts that he picked up in the assessment and when questioned as to the other fault on the fridge went as far as verbally abusing me in my own home. Then management.... here is were I believe the company's disfunction and illness stems from lack of professionalism and accountability and I don't believe they take customers concerns into account especially after my ordeal with a abusive technician. After many messages left for Francis and thabani I am still awaiting there calls to rectify my issue. "Management" then held my parts order back to deliberately ********* me then giving me the excuse that they were afraid that I would not pay for the parts, fantastic way of doing business where they put their incompetence of getting the parts for the repairs and spinning it around and blame the client that the delay is due to none payment which was never stated that payment is needed in order to acquire the parts for repairs. The best part of this exchange with newgees is that this nightmare with the company is almost over with.....
