This company replaced parts on my washing machine and a few days after, and after R5800, the machine does not work anymore. They confirmed that they will come back today (8th of September) but no show. Now, I cant get hold of them. Tried calling probably 10 times but no luck. This is unacceptable to say the least. Can someone please call me back.
To whom it may concern, I would like to bring to your attention the following experience regarding a shock replacement done on my wife's Corolla Cross. My wife (Alecia de Kock) bought a new Corolla Cross in November 2021. A while thereafter she noticed a very strange knocking noise if she went over a speed bump. After questioning Toyota Honeydew about this they confirmed that Toyota South Africa is aware of this problem and that the front shocks need to be replaced. As a result of her busy schedule, she only managed to take the car in January this year to get the shocks replaced. All seemed to be in order and we were happy that the shocks had been replaced. Yesterday (5th of Feb), while taking our two kids to school, she heard a very loud rattling and knocking sound at the back of the car and initially thought the back door was loose. She decided to drive to Monument Toyota on Ontdekkers Road to have this issue inspected. She also notified them that the shocks were replaced at Toyota Honeydew. She had to leave her car there and called her parents to pick her up from the dealership. Monument Toyota called my wife saying that one of the rear shock absorbers completely came loose and that she could've had a serious accident if she was driving on the high-way and this happened. Monument Toyota said that they will contact Honeydew Toyota in order to collect the car and to repair the problem. My wife was given another Corolla Cross to drive with in the meantime. I spoke to Natasha at Honeydew Toyota this morning to find out how something like this happened and she said that the bolt just completely came off and that she will get the technician involved to contact me. She also confirmed that not only the front shocks were replaced, but also the rear ones. Chris from Honeydew Toyota contacted me saying that he apologizes for what had happened and that the only reason for this is poor workmanship and that the technician, who did the work, will undergo a formal hearing. I feel this is totally unacceptable and incredibly dangerous. This is a safety critical component of the car and surely additional quality control measures are required to be taken. Our family as a whole drives Toyotas because of the reliability but something like this makes me feel very uncomfortable. I am expecting someone from management to please formally respond to me explaining what Toyota South Africa is going to do about this matter and how it will be prevented from happening again. If my wife was driving on the high-way, she and my kids could've been in a serious accident and I'm certain this communication would've looked totally different. Good day, I am currently in a dispute with Takealot regrding a Skyworth 40" TV my mother in law purchased a few months ago. The TV was only opened last week as it was purchased for their holiday home so there was no need to open it immediately. No one would've thought that the TV would be damaged as the box was undamaged. After logging an exchange request, takealot rejected same because it was not reported within 7 days. I feel this is totally unfair and unacceptable. Can a senior Takealot representative please call me to discuss further.
Good day, I have bought 2-off expensive 3 seater lodge couches in January which Coricraft did deliver on time. I paid extra for the leather to be scotchguarded, but I am fairly sure that both couches are NOT scotchguarded. We had a juice spill on one of the couches and wiped it off immediately, but it left a ugly stain. I went into the Coricraft Branch in Cradlestone and the sales person confirmed that this should NOT happen as they are both scotchguarded. I have sent 2 seperate complaints to Coricraft@info.com (as directed by a Coricraft sales person at the Cradlesstone branch) inclusive of pictures but have had no feedback yet. I have also called Coricraft last week Friday - 13th May and the person (Andre) said that he will give me feedback on Saturday, which he did not do. I need someone from Coricraft to contact me SOONEST to sort this out as the service I have been getting thus far is REALLY BAD.
I have registered and paid the applicable funds to apply for my Son's passport, but every time I have been trying to book a slot with FNB, for the last 3 weeks, there are no slots available according the department's website. To whom it may concern, I received a sms notification about the freezing of my account. I have indeed frozen my account and my debit order still went off this morning. Why is this? The same happened to my wife. Will you be processing refunds to our accounts to correct this?
I recently updated my policy and managed to get a discount. I have no received my updated policy, a month later, which is as a result of the annual review, and my premium is up by almost R300. I find this unacceptable. Can a supervisor from Miway please contact me to discuss this as a matter of urgency.
