I visited Newlands Montana today near closing time to purchase toys for my child. Unfortunately, the experience was quite negative due to the behavior of a staff member named Lehlogonolo. She was extremely rude, boasting about her anger issues and claiming that no one, including white people, could tell her anything. When I tried to address her conduct, she started shouting and caused a scene in the store. I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service. Lehlogonolo's behavior was more suited to a street altercation than a retail environment. This kind of conduct can drive customers away. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses it promptly.

Horrible customer service from the "store manager" This morning we went to your store in Montana 1.We need to sanitary our own hands by the door with the same bottle that other customer also use. 2.Very unfriendly customers service 3.There is people on the floor here and there but not willing to assist. 4.All the staff have NO NAME TAGS. 5.Manager that is on duty is not willing to exchange broken items that we received on your shelf????? Prices that is even uncorrect on the self please keep in mind what you see is what you pay 6.MANAGER THAT IS VERRRYYY ARROGANT TOWARD A CUSTOMER and CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT also want to tell me that i am a liar?????? 7.Then I dont even want to talk about the cashiers. Please if you need some customer services tips please give me a call because this is not even the first time also happen to friends of us that visit the store yesterday. Hopefully this will not fall in the MANAGERS EMAIL ADDRESS THAT TELLS ME **** THIS MORNING. Hope to hear from you Owner Kind Regards
