I have a major issue with the disabled parking bays, especially by food *****, to the point I don't want to shop there. Elderly individuals who are capable of driving and pushing a trolley should not use their age as an excuse to park in handicap spaces. People believe that having a disabled person remain in the car while they shop allows them to take advantage of the disabled parking bay. The primary issue lies with the guards, as they allow anyone in for money, showing no respect and only greed. The problem originates with them and the centre management for not having proper rules. No vehicle should be permitted to park in a handicap space without the appropriate stickers, unequivocally. I question the people who are disabled are really are, as I hardly see anyone in a wheelchair around the mail. What has happened to wheel clamping and fines? In my effort to report my frustration to Management, I sent mall to the contact to provide Mangement details - No reply. I then selected the Sales Manager's email on their site and the email came back, the email address is not valid I am very disappointed that normal people take the only advantage of a disabled person away
