Holding my account hostage, because they are hardup for money !!!

I want to cancel my subscription with News24. But their app is not showing on my Google Play Store. I sent News24 several emails, asking them, to cancel my subscription.

They simply turned around and said, "We wash our hands...its not our responsibility to cancel or make sure your subscription is canceled".

But rest assured, one day when you fail to make a monthly payment, we will be on your behind, like white on rice!

Hence, News24 only will action anything and take their feet of the desk, once there is someting in it for them!

Now News24 and/or Google Play Store, will make sure that i get blacklisted, because i will refuse to pay for something, that has become impossible to cancel.

Think twice, three times even...before considering to subscribe to News24 !!!
