Nexcap finance loans

Good day,

I would like to know regarding Nexcap finance. Does anyone know them or did business with them? They have approved a loan for me but they want an upfront legal fee which needs to be paid before they can proceed with the loan... Could this maybe be a scam? or is it only because its a non credit-check?
