I app**** for a credit with Hi-Fi corp. They informed me that I am approved and that I need to go into a store. On arriving at the store the staff was very helpfull and went through the process with me on which I had to find out that I am declined but they sent me an sms that I am approved. Why do they do this?
I have the Capitec Bank App as every one else. When you apply on the app for credit it says that I have bad credit record as per "mycreditcheck". I then went as far as to phone the customer service and they said I should rather do an application online or go instore. I did the application online and again it said the same thing as the app. About a week later I get an SMS that I can go into a branch for the required credit. Why should I go into a branch? Why not online or on the app? Why the technology if not able to use? I am registered on "mycreditcheck" and on there it shows I have a good credit record. So I think somewhere there is a glitch between Capitec and 'mycreditcheck' or their systems
I have a dispute against a creditor for a paid up account with Transunion. They explained to me that they need to wait at least 20 days for dispute to be closed. The dispute has been logged on 3 October 2022 and is only in progress day 11, I do not know how that works. I have called the creditor that the dispute was lodged against and they confirmed that they have sent all the correspondence to Transunion. I called Transunion and they said that they have not received anything as yet and that they cannot do anything as the creditor has 20 days to respond. Does this mean that these matters not get followed up or does it just get left until no reply?
I had a problem with my account. I contacted Rage SA and they assissted me with so much respect and willingness. Nompumelelo from Customer care and Mary from legal was very nice. They made me feel like family and were very patient with me. Well done Rage Head office, you have great people working for you!!! Will recommend you any time
A while back I applied for a loan with a well-known establishment. I got declined due to them saying that I am under debt review. I got the name from the establishment that it is with Debt Therapy. Contacted debt therapy and spoke to Rozanne and Natasha. Natasha has been assisting me for the past 2 months without any hesistation and kept me in the loop with everything. I phoned her so many times but she assisted me every time with the greatest respect. I am so grateful for this lady, she is the best of the best. Debt therapy you have stars amongst your team but Natasha is shining so bright. Thank you Natasha for everything and all the advise
I am trying to apply for a loan and every time I just get told that I am under debt review and I must contact ITC (credit bureaus), I contacted Transunion and Experian but they confirmed that I am not under debt review. Again I tried to apply and got the same story. Spoke to a lady in Nedbank's debt review and she confirmed no flag on my name (debt review) and the credit bureaus also confirmed no debt review. I also got a letter from NCR to prove no debt review, but still no luck. I don't know what to do anymore.
I am trying to contact these people but their number only rings. No reply
I am trying to reset my password but with no avail. I keep on being thrown back to main screen but no option to change the password. Do not get pass the first screen
Good day, I would like to know regarding Nexcap finance. Does anyone know them or did business with them? They have approved a loan for me but they want an upfront legal fee which needs to be paid before they can proceed with the loan... Could this maybe be a scam? or is it only because its a non credit-check?
Ive had a memebership with discovery and i had to go see a specialist. They said I did not metion the condition when applying and I had to re-apply. I did with the same advisor as my first time but he doesnt return my calls or reply on my emails. I've sent several emails and left tremendous alot of emails but with no luck...
