<div>The full experience was so draining. Constantly having to follow up in order to get an update. The attitude you’ll get from other team members is crazy, you’ll have to end up communicating directly with Sanelisiwe to get better assistance. Cherry on top is the lack of accountability and cleaning up a mess created by them. They failed to draft addendum, which has lead to a legal battle to have the other party settle their dues. All Sanelisiwe said was “we tried our best to make them pay, we are sorry”. Which is so crazy, because there wouldn’t have even a need to fight for the payment had there been an addendum drafted, now here we are cleaning up a mess created by them. And incase you’re wondering as you read this review who the Sanelisiwe is, she is the owner/MD, and no, she probably didn’t make the mess but her employees did, then she stepped in and also failed us. Highly wouldnt recommend.</div>

However, we wish to clarify certain aspects of the situation. The matter relating to occupational arrangements and payment arose due to a communication gap between the estate agency and the agent, and was unfortunately not formally communicated to our office at the relevant time. Consequently, we were not in a position to prepare an addendum beforehand, as such documentation can only be drafted once clear instructions and agreement exist between the relevant parties.
Once the matter came to our attention, our team made every effort to assist, including multiple calls involving yourself, your partner, the agent, and the relevant parties to facilitate a resolution and ensure access to the property could occur as smoothly as possible.
While we understand your frustration, it would not have been legally appropriate for our office to retrospectively draft documentation for arrangements that had not been agreed upon or instructed at the time.
That said, we genuinely regret that the experience felt draining. Our intention throughout was to act in good faith and to support the process so that you could receive access to your new home without unnecessary delay.
