What an unpleasant experience as a first time buyer. First agent I got, barely communicated and when he did was rude. I requested that he be changed, which was done, and the next communicated every step very well, however I was handed over my key to the new place in a parking lot outside the complex of the place very casually and had to check the place for myself, to find a lot that I was unhappy with. Overall not exciting at all and wouldn’t want to work with them again. If you are a first time buyer and want that full care free and exciting experience, check if there’s no other agency that is showing the place before you opt for JP.
<div>The full experience was so draining. Constantly having to follow up in order to get an update. The attitude you’ll get from other team members is crazy, you’ll have to end up communicating directly with Sanelisiwe to get better assistance. Cherry on top is the lack of accountability and cleaning up a mess created by them. They failed to draft addendum, which has lead to a legal battle to have the other party settle their dues. All Sanelisiwe said was “we tried our best to make them pay, we are sorry”. Which is so crazy, because there wouldn’t have even a need to fight for the payment had there been an addendum drafted, now here we are cleaning up a mess created by them. And incase you’re wondering as you read this review who the Sanelisiwe is, she is the owner/MD, and no, she probably didn’t make the mess but her employees did, then she stepped in and also failed us. Highly wouldnt recommend.</div>
