Unfair treatment of Ngishilo Trading employees

The people who work for Ngishilo Trading have come every time and done an excellent job. My gripe with Ngishilo Trading is that their employees do not get paid for the work they do and out of sheer desperation, these employees started reaching out to me to ask for help with the situation as they hadn't been getting paid for months on end. I didn't know what to do to help them besides trying to let my insurance company know not to refer them to other clients as they do not pay their employees for the work that they do.
