Bad :(

On the 27th of May 2022,my late father signed an OTP alone with the Agent and the sellers for the house in Orange farm ext 6,then NGL attorneys in Meyersdal transfered the property to someone who did not pop out a single cent which is my late father's girlfriend who forged all the documents. Their Typist, Simphiwe Ngubeni convinced me that the tittle deed was transfered to my father and the lady but my father was long dead and buried on the day they did the transfer ,now they sending me to pillar and post for my father's money that was paid into their account. I have all the proof,the payments and the file which they refused to give me.

Now the lady is staying with her children in my father's house,a person who did not have any income. They forged the OTP ,changed my father's status and now we are stucked with some *****ster who is refusing to give us our father's property.

I spoke to Mr Louw last year who seemed not to be interested and Judith Williams who just left me like that.

I dont know how my father found those attorneys with this kind of *******ion,with no mercy and remorse for the dead because they changed the tittle deed which had my father's name alone on the 21st of July and added the lady's name on the 22nd of July 2022 just for the sale not to reverse.I have the letter of authority from the Masters of High Court which dont even give a damn about it,that was Simphiwe said to me. @LSSA kindly assist on this matter because I won't just sit and fold my arms while my brother's and I are homeless when the peolpe we know that understands and law abinding citizens just treat us like this and my father's money not respected. My father paid R400K for that house and R38000 for conveynsors and transfer fees and bought a house he did not even set a foot in.
