Unfair employments

After so many posts advertises a few months back and a friend applying for all engineering related posts that were advertised,no call has been made to her for an interview. Were her CVs receivedby HR?Did they already hire people they wanted and opened applications as a formality ?#BlackFriday .We are tired of being toyed with by the government officials. She had to hand deliver an application to Parys from Kroonstad with literally Ten CV copies for each post that was advertised. We voted for this :(
