The branch at Fleurdal Mall seem to always have the most angriest staff . Today I was helped by a lady Rethabile Maqashala who I asked that she update my baby club . She was so condescending,and did not want to update it citing that the baby was added the 1st time ,therefore there was no need to update . That could’ve been said without attitude but instead she was so annoyed by the request . I often buy at different Clicks stores and everytime I buy baby things I request the baby club to be updated as I was told by the Kroonstad branch to ask that it should be updated all the tume since that helps with points too ,the branches in Kroonstad always ask to update it without even being asked to . Now,Clicks,please tell me as a customer what the correct procedure is regarding updating of the baby club . Should it be done everytime we purchase baby things or not ? It seems like your branches don’t have the same info. But the ladies at Fleurdal mall have no customer etiquette at all tbh . Please do better .
It takes forever getting hold of these guys . You will wait on the call for more than 30minutes waiting for them to pick up . When they finally do ,they are clueless and when asked that they call you back cz your minutes ran out while waiting for them to pick up ,they say they will but never do . Total 🚮

I took a contract with MTN for a home WiFi at R399 in November 2023. July 2024 I saw a deduction of R265 until August with a significant decrease in my internet speed reaching 100percent fair usage by the 10th of every month . When I enquired I was told my package was migrated to a lower package without my consent or notification. In order for them to migrate my package back I have to pay an upfront payment . I however paid over R500 upfront payment when I took my contract . So disappointed and frustrated at such a money making scheme to de***** customers. I had been enquiring since July initially about this migration without being asssited ,being taken from pillar to post by consultants that knew nothing about their job.
Aqeela Rajap was extremely nice and friendly ,very professional . Loved being helped by her with the issue she called for which was an unpaid debit order . She didn’t make me feel inferior and wasn’t condescending in her approach . Loved it .
The Kroonstad branch is the most frustrating place to buy at.Went to buy wine on Sunday night ,the was a clear big sign that showed wine WILL only be sold Monday to Thursday from 9-16:00. Nothing specified for Friday-Sunday yet I was refused to purchase .Another sign was showed to me which was not in clear view of the customers and the manager was sarcastic as t why the other sign wasn’t in direct view of the customers. Pick’n Pay is a real problem everywhere . Can’t be dealing with people who are tired of doing what they get paid for . One can go to Checkers in the same town at anytime from 8:00-20:00 and get alcohol Monday-Sunday ,clearly one has to reconsider the loyalty to Pick’nPay. If it’s under stocked items then it’s this,yikes .
The Kroonstad depot is very unprofessional. I ordered G5 on a Thursday and was told it would be delivered on a Monday. Monday the G5 did not arrive,I called back on Tuesday around 15h30 only for my phonecall to be transferred from one person to 3 more people who coul ALL not locate my order and tell me why it was not delivered . I was told Id be called back ,the people left without calling back,when I called back I was told that the delivery guys had knocked off at 5 right after I waited for a call back from 16h00 . The rudeness and unhelpfulness I received was appaling . Really distasteful.
I cannot believe these guys!Do not take this insurance. The most unreliable people I've ever come across. After ignoring my complaint for the panelbeaters they recommended they come back and tell me I need to submit a new claim for a problem I complained about months ago that they didn't attend to,now suddenly telling me about evidence of a new accident I got into when I didn't get into 1 and the problem has been there for months!Such incompetence!!!
Kept going for the same bumper to be repaired with these guys,my bumper 5 months later is still loose and these guys are suddenly telling us its cz of the accident we recently had. We weren't involved in any accident since they fixed our bumper. And the manger is rude and refuses to take responsibility.
