<p>Please see previous posts with regard this unscrupulous businessman Patrick Matlala ID ********** 007081.</p> <p> </p> <p>Despite assistance sought from the Small Claims Court which resulted in a Letter of Demand having been issued and delivered by the Sheriff. Patrick has made no effort to either refund the R13 000 deposited given for the manufacture of cane furniture or deliver the furniture. In view of which a Warrant Of Execution Against Property was issued. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is is most disappointed as the deposit was given in good faith and he was out to Breach the Contract from the outset.</p>
