Breach of contract - Dishonest Business man

<p>PATRICK MATLALA - DISHONEST BUSINESS MAN - Not to be trusted - ********** 007081. Please see previous posting. This is an update. Despite numerous calls, messages, sms and calls to the factory land line PATRICK MATLALA does not return the calls, even blocked numbers as he is aware that we are endevouring to make contact to establish where is the R 13 000 deposit (60%) or manufacure/ deliver of cane suite - Deposited 8 MONTHS AGO. We have gone to the Small Claim Court. He is not concered about the legal route. A warrant for attachment of propery has been delivered but this too does have any affect on him. We will now proceed with Section 65 through the Small Court to obtain response or take action by the WARRANT to Attach his Propery.<br /> <br />Please do not deal with this "businessman" as he is a SCAM.</p>
