Pathetic Hotel Staff

So we just flew over 30 hours , checked in at the hotel and told rooms were not ready, and to come back in an hour. After waiting over 2 hours, new clients were offered rooms. When confronting the staff, was told to wait in line!! Germany has lost us as tourists because of this atrocious’service!’
