So we travel business class for obvious reasons- we are running a business and require peace & quiet during the flight . But , NO! Let’s book a family of 5 ; with 2 x obnoxious children who run amok, talking @ the tops of their voices & thinking they have the entire cabin to themselves. WHY am I paying more for privacy?? And the meals? Not worth my anger .
How disappointing. 2nd time @ a Beachcomber Resort in Mauritius. Dinarobin, you let us down 100%. We are vegan, and made it known on the bookings.com platform. Ended up purchasing takeaways from a local Indian Resturant instead, as little/no attention was paid to our dietary requirements.
My partner’s Raptor is under warranty , with 40 000km on the clock. A gear in the transmission fluid pump was defective. The car was taken to George , but transmission fluid is only available in 3 weeks time! Pathetic that a vehicle costing one million rand has such poor after sale service.
We fly CemAir often. Staff are friendly, professional and go the extra mile to assist in any way they can.
Bought a Mower from this company. Was used minimall, (less than 50 hours) Took to the dealer as there seemed to be a problem. Was told gearbox had seized. Company not prepared to replace as mower was out of warranty . (18months old) So spent R 80 000!!!! ($5000) for NOTHING! Pathetic after-sales service. Waste of money.
We booked international flights through Travelstart. We needed to change the return dates, was told by a staff meme we this would be done & an E-mail sent to confirm. This never happened & as a result had to spend an extra week out of the country as no seats were available 4 the initial requested & confirmed flights
How Dissapointing! I spent nealy R30 000 on new ready-made curtains. All were different sizes, hems uneven etc I’d never expect this poor quality from such a costly company. I had to spend extra money to have the curtains straightened.
