Copy of a NHBRC certifiacte

I am deeply disappointed in the Milnerton Office NHBRC office- I have being trying from the 13th of January 2025 to get a copy of a NHBRC certificate. Emailed numerous times and have called regularly. Either the person is running late which is regularly or doesn't have the courtesy to respond or acknowledge my calls or emails. I REALLY NEED ASSISTANCE. The PA is also to busy to take a call
