Emailed numerous times and have called regularly. Either the person is running late which is regularly or doesn't have the courtesy to respond or acknowledge my calls or emails. I REALLY NEED ASSISTANCE. The PA is also to busy to take a call Milnerton Centennial Place, East Block, Century City Boulevard, Milnerton 7441 Cape Town Tel: (021) 913 9210
I would like to thank Santam for the assistance and friendly help in resolving my insurance payment. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again
An insurance claim was paid from Santam into an incorrect account. ( I strongly suspect fraud) I visited two First National Bank Branches and both confirmed that the banking account was opened the day the claim was paid out by Santam AND THAT THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN. This was on the 10th March 2022 and up until today I have not received my money. I have tried all resources without any success. I do not have the money to go the legal route, using a lawyer. The amount was R 34354-10. The account number I have used as the reference number IS NOT my banking details given to Santam. PLEASE ASSIST

A claim was put through Santam and the monies from Santam was paid into an incorrect account which I brought to there attention. This was on the 10th of March 2022. Up until today no rectification has being made and somebody has walked away with the money. I am unable to have my vehicle fixed as I do not have the money to do so. The amount which I was supposed to have received was R 34,354 - 10. I strongly suspect fraudulent activities. Neither the bank account holders name or account number are mine
