BAD Service..............................
My Door was damaged on 26 Dec 2024-Untril Today , no solution in sight, bad service providers , Staff go on leave and the next person does not know what the previous staff member did , to take our premiums , all is done very quickly , Why do we have to jump through hoops to get a claim settled,

Fantastic service
I had a real bad experience with the car rental company and the panelbeater. However, Hettie from NIC walk on water. She took ownership and managed the poor service delivery of the panelbeater till we got our car back repaired correctly. Hettie know what service means. She is a star.

Fantastic service

GOOD SERVICE
Good Day, It is my pleasure to give a compliment to those who deserve it Recently my home suffered damage from severe weather storms around the Hartbee****rt area. Dolphin Home Improvements was asked to assess the damages to my home as well as Moira who I believe was the assessor. Dolphin Home Improvements came to my property to have a look at the damages and it was evident that they did not try and rush the assessment. The team spent close to 6 hours well into the night to try and find the source of the leaks. They took the time to explain to me in detail what the problems and damages were. A few days after the team met with Moira and explained all the damages to her and shared their findings. Delays in the claim caused some frustration on my end which I do apologize for. As we work from home and the repairs were to be done to different sections on the property, Dolphin Home Improvements conducted a final site visit to arrange material and suppliers in my area as well as explain the repair process and accommodate our schedules. The teams arrived on time every day and it was evident that the work was well planned for as everyone was divided into their work areas immediately and knew what to do. All affected areas were sealed off to still maintain our privacy during the repair process. It was a pleasure to have Henk and Guilome onsite every day who constantly kept me informed of the process and assisted with the repairs. Henk pointed to me every afternoon what was done for the day and ensured we were happy. As a result, we made some changes and used them for additional work. Dolphin Home Improvements needs to be thanked for their professionalism and dedication to ensure all repairs were completed to high standards, NIC for handling the insurance claim on my behalf, and Hybrid for sending a professional dedicated team to complete the repairs and most importantly ensuring a happy wife again. Awesome Service
I want to just said to Babie van der Merwe from NIC Brokers that today I was shock with the awesome service I received from her, I was expecting to have my insurance premiums increased as I need to add on a few more things and instead she reduced it so that I don't have to pay more. Babie was friendly and sent me my update policy within mins after talking to her. So I just want to say thank you Babie and give credit where it is due and it due to you

Awesome Service

Highly recommended
I have dealt with this brokerage since 2001 (nearly 20 years) and I can highly recommend them. It is not often I post a review, but this company really deserves. They have always kept my budget in mind, and have fought tirelessly on my behalf when there was a claim. Keep up the good work NIC.

Exceptional work!
I would like to give credit where it is due. I have always had such a great service from NIC Brokers, from Dudu who always assist me with my requests to Zelda, who assisted me with my accident claim. Zelda was a lovely lady, who was polite and professional. She really lowered me stress levels and made sure I got the assistance that I needed. Keep up the good work ladies.

Insurances
Put in my claim for car accident on Thursday. Three days later everything authorized and approved to get my car repaired. Definitely an insurance you can count on. Very competitive premiums. Thank you
