Nicci's boutique refund Policy
Absolutely bad service on the return of an item bought online. They take forever to refund you. When I did an online search on how to do a return it stated you can take your unwanted item back to any of their shops or send it back within 5 days. I went the following day to the shop In George which told me they are unable to return my money but they are willing to exchange. I spoke to Marlee at Head Office which confirms that I took the item back to the shop they will give ma a credit but I want a refund, So she told me that as soon as they give me a store credit they will send it to her in Johannesburg and she will do the refund. The money must be refunded to my Payjust now acccount and I waiting now since Monday afternoon for the refund, It is not acceptable as I bought from several companies online and the moment they received the item my payjustnow account is refunded immediately. I want to warn people against Nicci's boutique when they do online buying.

Zero loyalty at Nicci Boutique
I have been a loyal customer for years and today, I went to the store @ Gateway to purchase an outfit. Nicci always sends emails that if it’s your birthday in the month, you get 10% off. However, for some reason they didn’t have my birthday noted on their system & refused to give me the discount. It’s not my fault they didn’t have it on their system as they have all my other details! Why send me emails stating they offer this discount, if they can’t actually warrant their promise. So as of today, I will never ever shop there again … zero loyalty or client service.

BEST ONLINE SERVICE FROM MARLEE
OmG! MARLEE from online is the absolute best. She went out of her way to find me 2 products that were discontinued and sold out countrywide. I'm absolutely floored by her warm responses and ardent attention to customer satisfaction! Thank you Marlee! You absolutely made my day with those items!

Nicci's Boutique
I have been a customer of Nicci's Boutique for many years and have always been treated with respect and friendliness. I was younger than my daughter when I started purchasing from Nicci in Hyde Park and now she is as loyal a customer as me. Gertrude has helped me choose throughout the years and has been an amazing sales lady. Well done to a wonderful Boutique!

Faith and Nicci's Boutique at Menlyn Maine, Pretoria
I went to buy a blouse which was on a special at Nicci Boutigue in Menlyn Maine in Pretoria. I was served by a lady called Faith . Her service , friendliness and her helpfulness was of an extremely high quality. She is very good at her job and I recommend this store to everyone, especially Faith.

Faith and Nicci's Boutique at Menlyn Maine, Pretoria

Expensive jeans that don't even last a year
I bought a pair of jeans from Nicci Boutique for R1800. In less than six months (and limited wear) the fabric was so stretched/puckered I couldn't wear the jeans any more as they looked old. I couldn't find the receipt til now- 10 months after purchase. While the Canal Walk store people seemed to understand why I was returning them, Head Office has reported back through them that jeans are expected to pucker after 10 months and I should try tumble drying them (I don't own a tumber drier but I can only imagine that would make the puckering worse). So Nicci Boutique don't expect a pair of their R1800 jeans to be wearable even 10 months later.
