Zero loyalty at Nicci Boutique

I have been a loyal customer for years and today, I went to the store @ Gateway to purchase an outfit. Nicci always sends emails that if it’s your birthday in the month, you get 10% off. However, for some reason they didn’t have my birthday noted on their system & refused to give me the discount. It’s not my fault they didn’t have it on their system as they have all my other details! Why send me emails stating they offer this discount, if they can’t actually warrant their promise. So as of today, I will never ever shop there again … zero loyalty or client service.
