Poor and unacceptable service

I am absolutely appalled by the service I am getting from Brits and Beukes Attorneys. My accident happened in 2014. I went for all the appointments and I sent documents as per their request. I had a court date 6 months ago and then it was never signed off by the registrar. I now have a new court date, but I am getting zero feedback from them. I have called and sent dozens of emails, but they don't reply. I wish there was something I could do to get answers from them.
