SHOCKING LACK OF REGARD TO AN INJURED PERSON
DO NOT USE NICOLAAS BRITS FOR YOUR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM. He simply does not care. He let a claim that I forwarded to him, and he forgot to lodge it. The claim prescribed. I feel guilty because I recommended him to this professional with serious head injuries. Broke my heart.

DO NOT USE NICOLAAS BRITS FOR YOUR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM. He simply does not care. He let a claim that I forwarded to him, and he forgot to lodge it. The claim prescribed. I feel guilty because I recommended him to this professional with serious head injuries. Broke my heart.

GREED DELAYED MY CASE WITH 6 YEARS.
Extremely bad service. I had an accident 8 YEARS ago and they started my case, six years into the process Nico Brits canceled my claim to merge another claim with the 1st one WITCH RESULTED IN THE PROCESS RESTARTING. I never authorized this merge. 9 years down the line AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A SET COURT DATE. The excuse is just as previously mentioned either they will call and this never happens or they are waiting for documents or whatever. Today they said they will be stopping my mandate W. I. E and I should take it elsewhere AFTER 8 YEARS. Nico Brits is never to be heard of, never updates and doesn't seen to care about his clients. He ruined a big part of my life and medically I am physically and mentally struggling on a daily basis. Please re consider before using them, there are so many other more competent RAF lawyers out there. This firm will do nothing but ruin your life. They are for money and only money. Love to make you feel as if they are doing you a favor, whereas they are actually being paid 25% of your capital pay out!!!

I would like to thank every body at Nico Brits Attorneys for all their help over the year regarding my accident claim. You guys were amazing and will be in my prayers forever. If I tried to deal with the claim myself knowing now every thing that is involved like doctors appointments... extra. I would have given up a long time ago. Luckily you guys have the experience and expertise to get my case settled. Thanks to you I never have to warry about money again. Forever THANKS!!

Poor and unacceptable service
I am absolutely appalled by the service I am getting from Brits and Beukes Attorneys. My accident happened in 2014. I went for all the appointments and I sent documents as per their request. I had a court date 6 months ago and then it was never signed off by the registrar. I now have a new court date, but I am getting zero feedback from them. I have called and sent dozens of emails, but they don't reply. I wish there was something I could do to get answers from them.

Every time I call the lady at reception says the lawyers are not there yet, or they will put me through so you stay on the line for 15 to 20 min and once someone answers it the same receptionist telling you she will leave a message. But they never call you back. Once they have all the information they disappear, I've been in contact with a different attorney and we are going to take action against this so called Brits and Beukes Attorneys for holding information about my case. I will never in my life recommend then to anyone nor would i ever advise anyone to ever call or have them do any of your cases. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT AS A LAST RESORT!

Absoluut swak diens en terug voering. Dit maak nie saak hoeveel keer mens bel of hoeveel eposse mens stuur nie. As hul die moeite doen om terug voering te gee is dit net lee beloftes

I have applied in 2014 for my road accident fund and till today after I have done everything they requested have I NOT RECEIVED any further feed back and they don't come back to me they are now part of Brits and Beukes attorneys in Delmas
