GREED DELAYED MY CASE WITH 6 YEARS.
Extremely bad service. I had an accident 8 YEARS ago and they started my case, six years into the process Nico Brits canceled my claim to merge another claim with the 1st one WITCH RESULTED IN THE PROCESS RESTARTING. I never authorized this merge. 9 years down the line AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A SET COURT DATE. The excuse is just as previously mentioned either they will call and this never happens or they are waiting for documents or whatever. Today they said they will be stopping my mandate W. I. E and I should take it elsewhere AFTER 8 YEARS. Nico Brits is never to be heard of, never updates and doesn't seen to care about his clients. He ruined a big part of my life and medically I am physically and mentally struggling on a daily basis. Please re consider before using them, there are so many other more competent RAF lawyers out there. This firm will do nothing but ruin your life. They are for money and only money. Love to make you feel as if they are doing you a favor, whereas they are actually being paid 25% of your capital pay out!!!

Absolute worst decision ever made!!!
Received very bad to absolutely no service. They never contact you, and if you make contact "they will call you back" as soon as they have your file. I'm starting to think that they do not have a file for me anymore as nobody ever contacts me back. Herewith a statement out of their ONLY letter sent to me: "We gave in your claim on 15 September, RAF have 4 months to object if not we can proceed" Its been almost a year and nothing was done. No objection from the RAF but yet not proceeding at all. Very unprofesional I would not recommend them at all!!! Get an attorney closer to you. Get an attorney that actually assists and keep you up to date!!!!
