SHOCKING LACK OF REGARD TO AN INJURED PERSON
DO NOT USE NICOLAAS BRITS FOR YOUR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM. He simply does not care. He let a claim that I forwarded to him, and he forgot to lodge it. The claim prescribed. I feel guilty because I recommended him to this professional with serious head injuries. Broke my heart.

********** attitude towards law by Brits & Beukes. No care towards an injured person.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I forwarded a claim on behalf of a professional who was severely injured by a motor vehicle accident. This person sent him documentation. The attorney Nico Brits rep**** that he "would get the ball rolling by Monday ". I got a message from him "thanks for the lead" This claim was not lodged, they did not contact any person or forward any documentation. The claim prescribed.

You were kind to us. Never did you loose your temper and be snappy or sarcastic. Your hand and nails are clean and you upheld Netcare Brand excellently. You are the shing example that your colleagues should learn from in casualty.

Your staff are hard of hearing. I repeat myself so many times. Not one person understands my grief and heartache the still I found myself dealing with ***********, and untrained staff. My husband passed weeks ago and AVBOB does everything to repudiate your claim. If you ask for a manager they transfer you to another claims person and ALWAYS say the management is in a meeting. AVBOB is more expensive than the other top Funeral Service. I only chose them because I fell fall their 48 hour payout claim. It is a lie. Dishonest/Flawed/ lack of response
For online purchases at Mr Price, you can not place an order if there is no stock. I placed my order and they partially delivered. An email was sent to say that unfortunately some items were not in stock. That is fine, but how then did the system allow me to check out? However, they put the full invoice or order total on my statement. I have phoned, they do not answer. I have emailed many times, no response! there is credit due for items not delivered and I can NOT get hold on anyone. The support for online is non existent. The system is flawed by allowing you to order when there is no stock. Invoicing you for goods not received is downright dishonest. It is not like I jumped onto Hello Peter to complain, there is no other way. Will complaining on social media assist? Leda Sansovini

Horrific STAFF ATTITUDE, Mafia tactics.
<p>I logged a complaint about poor staff attitude regrding Riana Davis on FNB customer care website, Ref ********** , The complaint was: UN-QUALIFIED STAFF CHANGED MY ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER TYPE OF ACCOUNT AND CLOSED MY MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT ** WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR AUTHORISATION*** I was not in the Branch! Then I get a sms to rate the service after this was done . This morning SHE SENDS ME A SMS, FOR ME TO CONTACT HER REGARDING MY COMPLAINT AGAINST HER?? Seriously?? Really?? I am shocked. FNB this is how you resolve issues?</p>

You have HERO Staff members employed and FNB
Another year has passed and I wonder if you know what amazing staff members you have employed at First National Bank? i have most certainly not forgotten and never will. My family had a home robbery that involved lots of violence shooting stabbing and so on. Gilson , Nombulelo Mabena and Emil Heppell arrived at our home and 3am in the morning to help us. They had called the police,ambulance and completely saved us. Staff from FNB came to assist us in a desperate situation!. when you are in that situation you cannot even remember the neighbour's name that lived next door to you for 20 years. Your soul, personality, and brain has just been stripped bare and you are at your weakest point ever....and then these FNB STAFF MEMBERS COME HELP...<br> This is care and reaction that goes past the banks doors. ITS amazing, it still brings tears of gratitude to our eyes. A forever bond was created right there and then.<br> 6 young teens, 12 animals, 2 adults in the home all relatively okay. We would have never made it without them. with each year that goes by my gratitude does not fade .<br> thank you again xxx<br> We caught the gang leader (the other 3 got away) HE WAS CONVICTED AND IS IN JAIL.
