THE DELL COMPUTER DEAL FOR R 60.00 IS UTTER BULL****. THERE IS NO COMPUTER. THIS IS MEMBERSHIP FOR DEALVAULT365GO.COM WHERE THEY CHARGE YOU 7.95 US DOLLARS. THEY HAVE DEDUCTED R 144.32 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND REFUSE TO REFUND ME. TAKEALOT PRETEND NOT TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. YET, IT IS ON THEIR WEB, FB ETC.
SR230615-198267 My husband changed fibre plans in March. We opted for a monthly contract and canceled the one we had. But after four months we are still paying for two lines. The last time he spoke to vodacom 15/06/23 the person promised him that the contract was canceled and that he will be refunded within fourteen days. The fourteen days has since passed and his account was again debited for two lines. This is not the first time we are having trouble with vodacom fibre. Why should he have to pay for their incompetence and then struggle to get his money back? HOPE THIS ISSUE GETS RESOLVED AND HE GETS HIS MONEY REFUNDED.
We bought a double door fridge from the secunda branch 20/02/2023 after a few days of using it, it started to trip the electricity. Since Monday afternoon have trying to get one of the technicians to come out to my home to take a look at the fridge. I did send a whatsapp to the number given and the guy promised to get back to me. But did not do so. I phoned the shop, but other than the lady answering the phone there seems to be no one else there. We paid cash for an item that we cannot use. Please please assist.
On 17/06 we lost connectivity on our fibre line ref SR220618-051012 it was reported on the 18th. Our first appointed was scheduled for the 29th. But needless to say the technician did not pitch. Ever since then the appointment was rescheduled numerus times without communicating with us. The last appointment was scheduled for yesterday. But again no one showed up. Now it is scheduled for Friday. 10 days short of waiting for a month. This is really disappointing as we have been customers of Vodacom for a very long time now. The service and the feed back from Vodacom has been truly disappointing.

I cannot believe that after almost a month my payment is STILL not allocated to my account DESPITE numerous emails,phone calls and visit to the Builders Warehouse store.I can say with cer*****y you are on par with G@3E STORES,maybe slightly worse. Today it is the 22nd of March but the payment does not reflect on my statement,is it really this difficult?I sent this proof of payment to you about 3 times,which were acknowledged by your representative I spoke to when I went to Builders Warehouse this morning(check your phone records)Where I was made to look like a fool because of your gross incompetence According to him there is a backlog of payments not allocated,BUT it did not stop you from phoning me,sending me sms"s AND handing me over to lawyers?AND PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE ME BY SAYING IT IS BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS,it can not take almost a month to allocate a payment.Do you know what would happen to me if I did not perform my duties at work for almost a month? I WOULD BE FIRED!!!!! So I beg of you,get a competent person to rectify my account,and then a phone call or email with an apology,I think 2 days should be enough time
My man was Januarie 2017 in n motorongeluk betrokke. Augustus van die selfde jaar het ons Nico Brits Attorneys gekontak om die eis namens ons teen die RAF te hanteer. Ons wag nou al meer as n jaar vir vordering op die saak. Elke keer as ons navraag doen INDIEN ons n antwoord kry is dit dieselfde hulle wag vir n hofdatum. Ons verstaan dat Covid 19 n invloed kan he dat die saak so sloer maar dit voel net dat daar nie enige opvolg werk van hul kant af kom nie. En niemand doen die moeite om ons op hoogte te hou van wat aan gaan nie en ons eposse word glad nie beantwoord nie. Dit is regtig baie onprofesioneel.
Received very poor service at Game Secunda, my husband and I were looking for a WiFi extender. We asked one of the so called employees (leaning against a shelf) she went to ask someone else. Came back with the reply " We don't have" So we past a view isles and there it was. A whole section of it. So we took one and showed it to the lady and she just said "OK" After we paid my husband spoke to a supervisor/manager and she did not really pay much attention to what my husband told her, she simply said she will speak to them. Which I really doubt happened. The staff at Game Secunda are extremely lazy and never minded. They would rather loose a sale than put a little effort in their jobs.
This company is unreliable. We have been promised a payment for more than two months. We phone every day and every day we receive the same promise of payment the same or the following day. If this is their way of making payment, I would think twice of their service delivery.
