958072Firstly to get them to inspect the place took calls and a week for them to do an inspection. The inspection done quote accepted and a wifi ****le was included in the quote. On the agreed day of installation the 8am agreement was not adhered to by the installer whom arrived after 13h00 pm after multiple calls to the installer Christpher and the owner Nico Energy. Installation preceded well after 18h00 pm. At the end when asked about the ****le they conveniently did not have one. The system operation was not explained, the user manuals was taken away. The installers workmanship leaves much to be desired, the brackets holding the batteries are different to each other. One on the brackets has 4 *****s in one drill hole holding it up. When I addressed this with the installer his response was he will come back with the ****le to sort out, the cabling is untidy and undesirable. Just before the installer could leave he insisted for a full payment even though the work was incomplete. He did not leave until payment was done. Nico Energy agreed to send the installer back to me to have the work done correctly and the ****le installed. It has now been 2 weeks after numerous calls to Nico energy and the installer Christopher the work is still left incomplete and no ****le. Even though the installer agreed to certain dates and times still the job remains incomplete. They lie to their customers blaming each other when they both are in the same boat being *********.
