Nico Energy (taking advantage of their customets) not delivering as per their adverts

Very bad with service customer care. This company installed a solar system at my place and promised to issue the COC and also help with the municipality registration process. All these are pure lies, they haven't delivered on their promises and they are now ignoring my sms and calls. I don't even know if they installed quality system because I don't get warm water anymore
