<p>On 30 Novermber 2016 I receive a debit order notification from capitec bank mnt debit R800 from my bank then immediately i call mtn customer service then they told me i open a contract with mtn on 02/11/2016 and took appel 7. Then i told the lady that was assisting me that i don't no anything about that Appel 7. Then i ask her to check for me where did that thing happen ,she says she can't see it. Then on the 1 December 2016 I went to nearest mtn store at Savannah mall in Polokwane and querie about that. Then I was assisted by the lady and she check and tell me the contract was done at nicolway in johannesburg, I was suprised because i don't no JHB and I don't no anyone that side. Again i was suprise because i never loss my ID book. Then the lady ask me to bring affidavit from police and a certified ID copy then i did so. ,I don't no if that lady did sent. Then the same day i called nicolway and ask for manager the guy by the name of siphiwe manganye told me the manager still busy but he can assist me then i explain the querie to him then he also ask me to sent affidavit and certified ID copy then later that day he sent me email, that email was having a threats work like i must not show anyone that email i will be breaching the confidantiality. Then I called fraud department then i spoke to the guy by the name of Boitumelo Moumakoe the he told me they never receive and paper work then he ask me to email them then i did email them to him and he call me and let me know that he did got them then hear from them within two week. Then after two weeks no one call me then i call customer service cause i didn't have direct number for Boitumelo then they tell me different story, ever time when i call they keep on telling me differnt stories . Two month pass then early January a lady by the name of patience call me and say the ID copy is not clear i must sent the new one I did but that patience neverphone me and tell me if she did got my email untill i call her and ask if she did got my email then she says yes.Then i ask patience so nicely can you please sent me those document they use to open account with you the she agree that she will sent even now im still waiting for them. Even now i didn't hear anything from MTN and they are busy debit my money. i call customer service and ask if they cant hold the account till they finish investigation they say no . So im always reversing my money and the bank charge me for debit and bedit reversal. And the putting my name under bad credid record , now i want to buy a car but i can't because of MTN. And now im fighting with my husband because he thought i know about the phone why MTN they dont want to finish the investigation. i can say they are useless now is four month. I love MTN but since well they did this to me i hate it i won't even recoment my family or friend to use it or open contract with them the are not trustworthy I'm so disappointed and is frustrating.</p> <p>I hope you can assist me with this matter</p> <p>Thanks</p>
