Service is absolutely disgusting. No. The delivery tunnel is a daily issue with trucks blocking the tunnel you are unable to move in turn stopping people from doing their jobs incurring extra costs on time and fuel wasted, this is in violation of the working environment. Today, 29/08/2023 I have been stuck in the tunnel for half an hour amongst other days such as this. I phoned and spoke to someone at centre management regarding this issue, she proceeded to tell me that trucks park in the way and they cannot move them so there isn’t anything they can do about it. I do not believe that they understand that all the product sold in their stores which they profit from all come through the delivery tunnel yet they have no clue on surveying or managing it in such a way that these problems don’t occur. I don’t believe that one should wait half an hour minimum just in order to leave the premises is acceptable, if this were happening above ground to the customers trying to leave the parking they would very quickly arrange a soloution. The response of, “well there isn’t much we can do.” And then be told to hang on while the phone is put down in my ear has left me absolutely fuming, this is complete disregard toward someone contributing to the centers benefit. If I could rate 0 out 5 I would.

I had a horrible experience. The guys from the parking lot that forces us to wash our cars with them... I told them that I won’t be here long I just want to draw money and get cheese from Food Lovers. They forced me to wash my car and his colleague came and they both forced to wash my car while I told them that I’m at work and I’m here to get money and cheese. When I got there I found them wiping my car and they were not done. May someone tell them they mustn’t force us to wash our cars when we are there as I was they for minutes and I was forced to pay for something that wasn’t done at all I even took pictures as proof... I nearly cried as I was heart broken. I asked for the managers number they gave me an incorrect number this is totally unacceptable and I’m going to tell all my colleagues about this

I had a horrible experience. The guys from the parking lot that forces us to wash our cars with them... I told them that I won’t be here long I just want to draw money and get cheese from Food Lovers. They forced me to wash my car and his colleague came and they both forced to wash my car while I told them that I’m at work and I’m here to get money and cheese. When I got there I found them wiping my car and they were not done. <p>On 30 Novermber 2016 I receive a debit order notification from capitec bank mnt debit R800 from my bank then immediately i call mtn customer service then they told me i open a contract with mtn on 02/11/2016 and took appel 7. Then i told the lady that was assisting me that i don't no anything about that Appel 7. Then i ask her to check for me where did that thing happen ,she says she can't see it. Then on the 1 December 2016 I went to nearest mtn store at Savannah mall in Polokwane and querie about that. Then I was assisted by the lady and she check and tell me the contract was done at nicolway in johannesburg, I was suprised because i don't no JHB and I don't no anyone that side. Again i was suprise because i never loss my ID book. Then the lady ask me to bring affidavit from police and a certified ID copy then i did so. ,I don't no if that lady did sent. Then the same day i called nicolway and ask for manager the guy by the name of siphiwe manganye told me the manager still busy but he can assist me then i explain the querie to him then he also ask me to sent affidavit and certified ID copy then later that day he sent me email, that email was having a threats work like i must not show anyone that email i will be breaching the confidantiality. Then I called fraud department then i spoke to the guy by the name of Boitumelo Moumakoe the he told me they never receive and paper work then he ask me to email them then i did email them to him and he call me and let me know that he did got them then hear from them within two week. Then after two weeks no one call me then i call customer service cause i didn't have direct number for Boitumelo then they tell me different story, ever time when i call they keep on telling me differnt stories . Two month pass then early January a lady by the name of patience call me and say the ID copy is not clear i must sent the new one I did but that patience neverphone me and tell me if she did got my email untill i call her and ask if she did got my email then she says yes.Then i ask patience so nicely can you please sent me those document they use to open account with you the she agree that she will sent even now im still waiting for them. Even now i didn't hear anything from MTN and they are busy debit my money. i call customer service and ask if they cant hold the account till they finish investigation they say no . So im always reversing my money and the bank charge me for debit and bedit reversal. And the putting my name under bad credid record , now i want to buy a car but i can't because of MTN. And now im fighting with my husband because he thought i know about the phone why MTN they dont want to finish the investigation. i can say they are useless now is four month. I love MTN but since well they did this to me i hate it i won't even recoment my family or friend to use it or open contract with them the are not trustworthy I'm so disappointed and is frustrating.</p> <p>I hope you can assist me with this matter</p> <p>Thanks</p>

<p>I was at nicol way braynston waiting in the car for my husband when the security guard approached me and told me either I go inside the mall or I leave the parking seeing me sitting in the car playing with my phone looks like I want to steal cars even when I tried to explain to him I'm not in a position to leave the car because I'm not wearing proper shoes I was in my sleepers he told his bosses I'm refusing even though I explained to him my husband is coming back in few minutes I feel harrased and I was nervous because the thought of them looking at me scared me they made me feel like a criminal..there is no signage that says your not allowed to sit in the car for too long if there is it's not visible enough for people to see</p>

We were getting out of the lift next to the food court and food lovers and the lift door closed when my 3 year old niece was about to get out. Her hand got stuck in the lift with the help of the resturant waiters we managed to pull the lift get her hand out. We called the security guards and explained the story to them and they said eish this lift is problematic it does this sometimes and it sometimes just stuck like what the hell, if you know that you have a problematic lift wht dont u report it and put a do not use sign until it is properly fixed??? We had to rush my niece to the Dr as her hand was getting more and more swollen but im seriously not happy with Nicolway shopping centre maitenance so someone has to be badly injured or be stuck in the lift inorder for this lift to be fixed.

Our Uber car could not get access and had to go to another entrance.<br> Upon exiting through the booms, we were informed that the ticket has to be entered into the parking meters
