Oh my , where do I start . I went the Dischem in a rush for the Maybelline 40 percent, less did I know that I will meet Seipati who works by the makeup up department. I had bought 5 items o so and unitially I was only there for the pressed powder but because girl (Seipati) knows how to service clients with a smile and patience I ended buying 5 items because less did I know that some one my makeup is old and I needed new one… like I can go on and on … so when leaving the store I had dropped my powder at the parking lot and felt that it might have been damaged I then took it back for an exchange guess what Sepati assisted me with no hesitation and understood my frustrations . I honestly did not think I would ever receive such service at the Townships ( honestly speaking because consultants they don’t care) and she had made me realise that some other people love and enjoy their jobs… I am definitely will be shopping at Dischem Jabulani mall for my makeup nje …🫡 kindly recognise her as I honestly feel that she does… oh yeah there was also an old lady that was happy with their service and mentioned that they don’t even want a token of appreciation from clients or compliments to be shared at the store so I decided to meaning it here as it deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and above. I was humiliated by multiple store employees. I got there and wanted to purchase a Mc Feast with my Mc Donald’s (Mc D) points. So I had redeemed my points then scanned the code however the points did not redeem for my burger and did not show up on my receipt. So I was left with about 50 secs for me to still redeem the same points just in case if there was an error however when I got at the till the seconds on the code was done counting . I had explained this to one of the cashier then she informs me that I could have came straight to the till instead of the self service. I answered her and told her how would I know if those instructions that she is giving are not written by the self service or entrance because this is not the first time redeeming points from the self service. I requested to speak to her superior since she can not assist me with my matter . She took her time and had to remind her that I am still waiting for her superior then some guy came to me . I explained everything to him and he told me that he can’t reimburse me my points and there’s nothing he can do then I requested for an email from him so that I may share my experience with Mc Donald’s so that Mc Donald may find a better way for improving their systems because I believe that if we do not share our challenges with the IT department or relevant department then it will not be easy for Mc Donald’s to know as clients what challenges we are facing . After the back and forth with the superior he then decided to inform one of his colleague’s about then the lady approached me with a smile and told me that my points will be returned back and latest should be by tomorrow . Then I had no problem . I had bought Mc Feast with my own money since the points did not work . My order was called by another cashier then she saw that it was me she left the desk and not handed my order so I waited for someone or for her to come back and give me my food however that did not happen. Some guy came to call another order that was after mine and when he was done handing over the food I called him for assistance however he ignored me and carried on with walking . The lady that explained to me that my points will return by a day she came seeing that I’m struggling to get assistance . I called her so she may hand me my food however I was so unhappy and trying to explain what happened I breakdown cause I don’t like complaining especially to our black race because once you complain we will be called names and make us feel bad and I also told them that . I decided not to take the food cause I was not going to enjoy it since I went through so much because of a simple burger. That helpful lady ran to my car and apologised on their behalf and asked that I should take my food . I had taken the food cause my baby started crying to because of what was happening then on my way I decided to give the food away to the needy people on the streets. I need this matter to be attended and would like everyone that humiliated me to suffer the consequences of what they did to me that made my son to cry. If this matter is not being attended to then I will have to ask my friend that is a known vlogger to share my story on her YouTube and other platforms because this is totally unacceptable
We are queuing outside of the ATM and the consultants are inside the branch not help clients from the ATM as some clients would struggle to use the ATM machine. There is 3 machines at the shopping centre but 2 of them is out of order this means there’s only one working... like I’m annoyed and I’m being sun burnt and there’s no social distancing because no one is giving us attention... can we from the townships be treated fairly as the ones from the urban area because should I travel to Blue hills the experience will be different as we all pay the same bank charges.
I had a horrible experience. The guys from the parking lot that forces us to wash our cars with them... I told them that I won’t be here long I just want to draw money and get cheese from Food Lovers. They forced me to wash my car and his colleague came and they both forced to wash my car while I told them that I’m at work and I’m here to get money and cheese. When I got there I found them wiping my car and they were not done. May someone tell them they mustn’t force us to wash our cars when we are there as I was they for minutes and I was forced to pay for something that wasn’t done at all I even took pictures as proof... I nearly cried as I was heart broken. I asked for the managers number they gave me an incorrect number this is totally unacceptable and I’m going to tell all my colleagues about this
Good day I’m so irate by the service provided from HIFI corporations. I first had troubles on ordering online and the consultant I spoke to online she informed me that online purchases are giving the issues I should try using chrome which I use an IPhone I don’t have chrome so I suggested to go straight to the store. I called the store in Woodmead then Lebo confirmed that the fridge I want was the which is the Hisense mirror fridge with three doors and it is R3999 , I took an Uber to the store in woodmead rushing to buy the fridge and take it home as I was at work and the Uber charged me 134 rand from Bryanston to the store in woodmead. When I got into the store I asked to speak to Alice as the person I spoke to said I must ask for Alice, I met Alice and I informed her that I’m here to buy and collect the fridge as discussed on the phone, Alice asked me to wait, I patiently waited as I was excited to get the fridge , when Alice got back to me she informed me that I will be taking the fridge from Display as they ran out of stock, I informed Alice that I’m not taking the fridge from Display as I wasn’t never informed that the fridge left is the one from Display she told me that I didn’t talk to her from the phone I spoke to Lebo. I went to Lebo and I asked her why didn’t she let me know, she told me she called back and she informed the receptionist which she didn’t do because when I got Back at work I asked the receptionist and she informed me that no one called regarding about the Fridge. The next morning (20/11/18) when I got to work I called HIFI Corp in woodmead about this matter and I requested to talk to the Manager as no one was willing to assist me with this matter, I spoke to Steven they informed me about that he is the manager and I informed him about my matter. He assured me that he will call me , I expected the call the whole day yesterday from the manager to call me and let me know when should I fetch the fridge as he promised he will get it for me but no one called. Then I decided to call this morning I was told that the Manager I spoke to yesterday Steven was not around then I asked who is around, Lebo said the Branch manager is around, then I asked to speak to the manager they placed my call on hold for more than 6 minutes then I ended the call and called back then I was told that the Branch Manager went to Dischem I left them with my contact details again as I was calling from my work line. I called after an hour and I asked for Lebo again and she informed me that the branch manager is not around I asked to speak to someone who could assist me, Lebo informed me that there’s Admin Mangager and the stock control and I asked to speak to the stock control and she said she will call the consultant, I was placed on the call for more than 7 minutes AGAIN and I decided to hung up so I could call again and when I tried calling again 3times no one answered my call.... honestly I feel that the employees from that store are ignoring my matter and they don’t care about my issues. I also raised a complaint via email at HIFI Corp customer care on Monday no one has came back to me and I have also attached the screenshot from the live chat I had with their consultant from the live chat as the service was terrible ref number sent by the auto reply is [Hi Fi Ecomm #924327]... kindly assist cause I need that fridge
Went in to buy meet and went straight to the tills to pay for the meet...I was using my bank card to pay for the item so the eft system was placed in the place where I didn't feel secure to enter my pin so I picked up the eft system to secure my pin then the cashier ( johanna Mojela) from SPAR @ MARAPONG that I wasn't supposed to pick the eft system up I was supposed to enter the pin it's not like she will still my card and use It( with an bad attitude and shouting and creating attention from other customers) politely I told her that she must not forget who is the customer her and I was forced to enter my mine in that kind of situation cause I needed that meet...At the end of the transactions she was like \ hai sesi sign there ( eft reciept)\" I refused cause she gave me attitude at first and she is not asking me to sign... THAT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST I GO SPEND MY MONEY THERE, AND WOULD NOT ADVICE SOMEONE TO SPEND HIS/HER money to that SPAR...I'm angry and feel like crying cause I was taken advantage of and that's worse <br> service an individual could get I think that's the environment is cause they were never trained with customer service...<br> <br> <br> "
