Just short of 5 years of paying off my debts with Ezdebt and not missing a single payment, I’ve been getting messages from my bank notifying me that the one of the accounts ezdebt is managing is in arrears. This is mismanagement of funds and also ******** - I have reported this matter to NCA as well as the CODC. These issues only occurred once I started receiving emails to make sure I don’t miss a debt review payment - it’s on debit order and goes off without failure and has done so since April 2021.
Adrian Knoesen Dec 31, 2024, 09:12 GMT+2 I placed an order on the 26th of December, chose the option of next day delivery at a small extra cost, needless to say the parcel did not arrive. I sent a follow up email on the 27th of December to find out if I will be refunded for the next day courier fees which were not carried out, I got a response to say it’s being looked into. (Apparently this was due to that fact the item was in Capetown and I am in JHB.) I sent another follow up email on the 30th of December to which I was met with an email stating that we are waiting for a response from the internal team. The 31st of December I receive an email stating that my full amount will be refunded for my order and that it will take a couple of days to reflect. I phone customer care to find out exactly what is going on and the lady informs me that there was in fact no stock of the item I had already paid for. A well later the exact item is available on their website however they’ve increased the price, how are they allowed to trade - I am eligible to pay the price at which I saw the item advertised but they did not honor that and I still have not received my refund after the 3-5 waiting period.
Service is absolutely disgusting. No. The delivery tunnel is a daily issue with trucks blocking the tunnel you are unable to move in turn stopping people from doing their jobs incurring extra costs on time and fuel wasted, this is in violation of the working environment. Today, 29/08/2023 I have been stuck in the tunnel for half an hour amongst other days such as this. I phoned and spoke to someone at centre management regarding this issue, she proceeded to tell me that trucks park in the way and they cannot move them so there isn’t anything they can do about it. I do not believe that they understand that all the product sold in their stores which they profit from all come through the delivery tunnel yet they have no clue on surveying or managing it in such a way that these problems don’t occur. I don’t believe that one should wait half an hour minimum just in order to leave the premises is acceptable, if this were happening above ground to the customers trying to leave the parking they would very quickly arrange a soloution. The response of, “well there isn’t much we can do.” And then be told to hang on while the phone is put down in my ear has left me absolutely fuming, this is complete disregard toward someone contributing to the centers benefit. If I could rate 0 out 5 I would.
I have been with FNB since I left school 10 years ago. I have recently undergone debt review due to loss of income after the lockdown. Because of this all my debit orders were supposedly cancelled, however, FNB are still debiting my account and they are aware of it. I contact my consultant daily and we perform conference calls with FNB employees who have access to my profile and can revert to me that my debit orders have indeed been cancelled and the debit order will be reversed. The problem is that this is ongoing for a month now, every time we query this issue I am told to wait another 24 - 72 hours for the refund to reflect in my account. I still have recieved absolutely nothing after numerous guarantees. I now have to pay double phone bills due to the fact that FNB took money out of my account that was meant for my vodacom account. I will now need to pay double phone bills excluding this months which I do not have the funds for. I do not recommend opening account with FNB whatsoever because their lack of service is obvious, they’re quick to offer you loans, credit and advances but have no interest in assisting with the issues that they are inflicting. After banking with them for 10 years and keeping my accounts paid up they cannot assist with the refund sum of R592.50, which to most is pocket change surely. I’m saying this, I do not work full time on a already reduced salary to be swindled by a company that keeps my earned finances from me, inflicting me with more debt. I am now on a quest to switch banks. Thanks FNB for absolutely nothing.
<p>This is my first encounter with telkom and their so called customer service.</p> <p>the customer service at the East Rand mall branch is attrociaus and extremely rude even the customer infront of me had an altercation with the young lady behind the counter because of their ill service, this however did not phase me too much as it was not my business.</p> <p>The customer left and the young lady took her time to greet me as if i was a burdon onto her by walking into the store simply to ask what telephone number i could contact them on as no one picks up the phone when you call the number provided by their website for their store.</p> <p>Her response to me was, "Eish, we dont answer this phone when its busy." (at this time it was me and one other customer in the store.)</p> <p>I then asked her what the telephone was for and she told me it is only for outgoing calls and they ONLY deal with walk in customers!</p> <p>I then asked for her name and greeted her gooday.</p> <p>I then proceeded to go onto the Telkom customer care web page where it gave me a number to contact.</p> <p>First off, the options listed when phoning this number are limited to upgrades and new contract queries, nothing got to do with actual customer service and complaints.</p> <p>I held the line for aproximately 20 minutes then decided to **** the call as i do not have time to hold on.</p> <p>Just out of curiosity i scrolled down the web page which is filled with comments from litterally humdreds of customers who are fed up with Telkoms non-exisstant customer service, reading comments such as, "ive been holding for 2 hours and still no response?"</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to know how my disabled grandmother is supposed to pay her account if i am not there to help her? Does she no longer qualify to be a customer of telkom seeing as she cannot walk in to the stores?</p> <p> </p> <p>Im stunned at the lack of service at the store and on the website, i work in retail with customers every single day and i would not dare treat a customer the way i was treated today.</p> <p> </p> <p>What good is a company that offers after sales service but does not actually do any of it??</p>
