Service is absolutely disgusting. No. The delivery tunnel is a daily issue with trucks blocking the tunnel you are unable to move in turn stopping people from doing their jobs incurring extra costs on time and fuel wasted, this is in violation of the working environment.
Today, 29/08/2023 I have been stuck in the tunnel for half an hour amongst other days such as this. I phoned and spoke to someone at centre management regarding this issue, she proceeded to tell me that trucks park in the way and they cannot move them so there isn’t anything they can do about it.
I do not believe that they understand that all the product sold in their stores which they profit from all come through the delivery tunnel yet they have no clue on surveying or managing it in such a way that these problems don’t occur.
I don’t believe that one should wait half an hour minimum just in order to leave the premises is acceptable, if this were happening above ground to the customers trying to leave the parking they would very quickly arrange a soloution.
The response of, “well there isn’t much we can do.” And then be told to hang on while the phone is put down in my ear has left me absolutely fuming, this is complete disregard toward someone contributing to the centers benefit.
If I could rate 0 out 5 I would.
