Good day I am absolutely livid at the story your staff seems have come up with. Firstly Neliswe Khanyi ( how are you going to address this? YouTour staff is making me out to be lying. There has been no appointments or sessions scheduled that I did not attend. (Explain if you couldn't get a hold of me how did I miss all these dates. I want to see proof that your *********** staff tried contacting me and magically gave me appointment. Where my husband is concerned, he was confused with legal wise and nicro. But that is personal. Why don't u get hold of Roseanne is HR Manager and ask her 2 weeks ago what happend. I told her the exact thing I told you and your staff. I called in so many times, my airtime to find put what's going on. Vivian is an absolute useless *********** ****. She couldnt find any of my details as if I didn't exist. I complained to Roseanne and she sorted it out. Yes i agreed to do the programme online. I live in alberton and I am sickly. My case was dropped because i was set up. I am a housewife..I got no business *****ing cheapmake up and framed by people who had an agenda with me because the race I belong to. These sessions take time that's what makes the difference. Ur staff messed everything up. And now they are covering for each other? The judge will ask for proof of trying to.contact me or I will insist it. I want evidence of each time you'll called me. If got all my calls on my phone calling and that too when u do decide to answer. I want to know what's going to happen to Neliswe for for giving me absolutely false Information. I want an from Roseanne explaining the chaos and confusion when was dealing with Vivian who screamed at me and put down the phone on me. This is supposed to be a company that helps people turn their lives around and rehabilitate etc. Your staff makes it miserable. I'm going to post this on social media and I'm taking this with me to the prosecutor. Seems like you are being biased and siding and making excuses for your staff. IT ALL STARTS WITH NELISIWE. My sessions did have been done. Anyways I will still go c the prosecutor but I'm leaving the country next week. Immigrating. So good luck with all your lies and stories. Your staff's behaviour represents the behaviour of your rehabilitation company, your logo etc yet your staff ate lying and moat certainly not committed to this. the people they are rehabilitating. Lying, incompetence, laughing n talking stories when ppl need to get to work then they told to come back but don't have the money or the means to do it online. What do u do then? Waste tax payers money on small irrelevant matters than actually concentrating on the real ********s. Get all ur facts in order.

Unfair Observation and diagnosing clients
I ATTENDED SUPPOSEDLY A MEDIATION/DIVERSION AT NICRO CAPE TOWN WITH RYAN FOR GBV. ACCORDING TO COURT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR MY EX HUSBAND AND ME. OUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR 08H30 AT 08H45 WHEN I ENQUIRED AS TO WHETHER RYAN WAS IN I WAS TOLD YES. EX LATE AS PER USUAL. WHEN RYAN EVENTUALLY CAME OUT AT 08H50 HE ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED I TOLD HIM OFFENDER HAD TO OWN UP TO WHAT HE DID AND PAY MY MEDICAL EXPENSES TO ME. RYAN BEING A COUNCILOR SPOKE TO ALL BUT 15 MINUTES WHEN EX THE OFFENDER CAME IN AND EX DID ALL THE TALKING AND HE IS VERY GOOD AT TELLING LIES AND STORIES. IN HIS REPORT HE SAID I WAS BIPOLAR TOLD MY SON I CAME TO SEE HIM TWICE IN A ****** WHITE DRESS WHICH I DON'T OWN. I ONLY SAW HIM ONE DAY IN A CREAM FLORAL DRESS. MY EX MUST HAVE SPOKEN TO HIM IN HIS OTHER SESSIONS IN A FLIRTATIOUS WAY WHICH I WOULDN'T PUT PASS HIM. HE EVEN LIED BY SAYING TO MY EX'S EX WIFE I SAID I WAS IN BOTH THEIR COMPANIES WHEN MY EX HUSBAND SWORE AT HER. NOT MY WORDS, THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE IN SAYING I WAS IN MY EX HUSBAND'S COMPANY WHEN HE SWORE PROFANITY'S AT HER! LONG STORY SORT RYAN DOES NOT HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS TO MAKE A STATEMENT OR ANY NICRO COUNCILOR FOR THAT MATTER BUT A PSYCHIATRIST OR PSYCHOLOGIST UNLESS THEY HAVE THE SPECIFIC TRAINING AND SESSIONS SPENT WITH AN INDIVIDUAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SEE RYAN AS HE IS NOT FIT ENOUGH TO BE A UNBIASED PERSON. IF THE COURT HAD RECOMMENDED MY EX ONLY HE SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME FROM THE MOMENT I SAW HIM THAT I AM NOT THE PATIENT/CLIENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RYAN AS A COUNCILOR TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL IN HIS APPROACH AND LABELING AN INDIVIDUAL. I AM REPORTING HIM TO THE HPCSA. They don't deserve a star
