Iv moved to New Zealand last month. I had 2 refunds coming into my fnb acc from stores in New Zealand. One came thru and the other said I had to contact my bank to authorise the refund. I did. They sent me a load of forms. Spoke to a consultant who said it takes up to 10 days I shouldn't worry. Guess what..nothing!! Now R1800+ has gone off for an online purchase that i did not make!!!! I'v emailed the ***** department. I want this reversed immediately or I'm going to lodge a complaint to the ombudsmen and get my lawyer to contact your CEO. I trusted fnb and kept my account open as I'm expecting a fairly large payment locally in the next few months. I'm seriously considering changing banks. Why is this so difficult????
I used moving on as we relocated to NZ. They were very kind...compassionate and understanding. It was a team of elderly ladies in alberton. This was moving on east rand. I'm in NZ now and can't get hold of them. They are reading my watsapp messages but not responding. We entrusted this company with our personal and sentimental valuables Nd house hold goods. Now when we are waiting for our recon and payment we can't get hold of them. I think I should be contacting my attorney and open up a case because this is looking like a very sceptical business here. When it came to selling the items they would immediately respond and now nothing. That was our belongings!!! You guys didn't waste time selling it and communicating with me each step. Now I'm not hearing anything???
Im in New Zealand and a payment went off my account by a company called best deals for around 7000+. All I did was fill in my card details. I did not click on pay as there was no option too!! I can't get hold of this company and when going online it says the company is a ****! I didn't recieve any order confirmation either. That's not normal!!! I want this reveresed immediately!! Fnb let's see your customer service now. I chose to keep my acc open as I'm expecting a big payment and iv got debit orders being loaded onto the acc. I don't want to go to nap bank.
I'm Ms. Dass and I had an issue at the Edgars store. This was in June and I went to the store yesterday only as I live in Durban. I have to compliment the following staff members on your team: Blessing Ndebong Nomfusi Ngaleka Mkhwa**** Sindisiwe Charmaine at the MAC counter These women were absolutely friendly, patient, well informed, and passionate with their jobs. And always smiling. They are peoples Persons!!! Retail staff are usually very lazy or uninformed or uninterested when you need help. So these women are true assets to your team. They should be rewarded for their services and passion in what they do. Regards Ms Dass
Good day I am absolutely livid at the story your staff seems have come up with. Firstly Neliswe Khanyi ( how are you going to address this? YouTour staff is making me out to be lying. There has been no appointments or sessions scheduled that I did not attend. (Explain if you couldn't get a hold of me how did I miss all these dates. I want to see proof that your *********** staff tried contacting me and magically gave me appointment. Where my husband is concerned, he was confused with legal wise and nicro. But that is personal. Why don't u get hold of Roseanne is HR Manager and ask her 2 weeks ago what happend. I told her the exact thing I told you and your staff. I called in so many times, my airtime to find put what's going on. Vivian is an absolute useless *********** ****. She couldnt find any of my details as if I didn't exist. I complained to Roseanne and she sorted it out. Yes i agreed to do the programme online. I live in alberton and I am sickly. My case was dropped because i was set up. I am a housewife..I got no business *****ing cheapmake up and framed by people who had an agenda with me because the race I belong to. These sessions take time that's what makes the difference. Ur staff messed everything up. And now they are covering for each other? The judge will ask for proof of trying to.contact me or I will insist it. I want evidence of each time you'll called me. If got all my calls on my phone calling and that too when u do decide to answer. I want to know what's going to happen to Neliswe for for giving me absolutely false Information. I want an from Roseanne explaining the chaos and confusion when was dealing with Vivian who screamed at me and put down the phone on me. This is supposed to be a company that helps people turn their lives around and rehabilitate etc. Your staff makes it miserable. I'm going to post this on social media and I'm taking this with me to the prosecutor. Seems like you are being biased and siding and making excuses for your staff. IT ALL STARTS WITH NELISIWE. My sessions did have been done. Anyways I will still go c the prosecutor but I'm leaving the country next week. Immigrating. So good luck with all your lies and stories. Your staff's behaviour represents the behaviour of your rehabilitation company, your logo etc yet your staff ate lying and moat certainly not committed to this. the people they are rehabilitating. Lying, incompetence, laughing n talking stories when ppl need to get to work then they told to come back but don't have the money or the means to do it online. What do u do then? Waste tax payers money on small irrelevant matters than actually concentrating on the real ********s. Get all ur facts in order.
Still awaiting my refund Im shocked at their lies compared to the returns policy. Their perfumes always come gift wrapped with a standard card but they saying i must pay for for that...so do you charge by letter or word??? I can take url to court or sue url for lying in your email responses because your returns policy didnt mention all that was told to me via email. Yourl dont care about ur customers and their loyalty to ur brand. Clearly its only about money. I will asked for cancellation before it was couriered to me!!! I have all my emails. And I want my full refund back or you can keep your refund and I will get in touch with my lawyer and sue you for false information, for not cancelling when i asked and still delivered and now ur asking to deduct the gift wrap, card which is always free and pay for the courier when i asked it to b cancelled before it was delivered. How do you think that would go? How much of business wid u lose?
Iv ordered online and my parcel hasn't been delivered. I asked for a refund and they tell me that they can't do it cos they paid for the courier and gift wrap. Iv been a customer for years and they always wrap it. They have a whole page for their returns policy and my situation fits the criteria and guess what..it mentioned nothing about paying for the courier or gift wrap. So I called in and the lady I spoke to said I must reply to the email they sent me and tell them to minus the courier cost and refund the balance. Your refunds policy doesn't mention anything about courier costs so where does that leave us? If it's not in writing its no applicable.
They tried to deliver yesterday but i wasn't at home. If been calling n no agent answers!!! If tried emailing and watsapp..nothing!!! Is this What i paid for? I get an email saying parcel is to be returned. You guys r a courier company. After 1 failed delivery, u can't try again or call ur customer!!! How do we get hold of you??? My buffalo no. I published a review last week about the lady at the MAC counter at the glen gave my pensioner mother the wrong colour foundation and concealer. My mother is NC 40 which we agreed on and the lady gives her NC 42 which is my colour as I'm 2 shades darker than my mum who is quite light skinned. She wid never wear my colour as it looks orange. I convinced her to use MAC as iv been using it for years. And she spent over R2000 buying it on her Edgar's account. So you can pick up who worked there and made the mistake from the Edgar's card. She is not going to pay the Edgar's account until this is sorted!! The lady was also so uninterested in helping us, we had to pick the colours. And then she ends up giving my mum the wrong colours. my mum lives in Durban and was here on holiday therefore I took her to the glen MAC. MAC counter is representing Edgar's and if you're allowing this kind of service then Ur going to lose many customers. She wants the correct colour foundation and the correct concealer. The powder is fine. The concealer is absolutely light and is supposed to be a shade darker than the foundation. But Ur staff was so useless and unhelpful and ended giving us the wrong products. My mum only realised now that she was given the wrong colours as she was still finishing her Estée Lauder foundation and concealer. We would like this swapped Nd you can use it as testers otherwise she is not paying this account and will close the account. She's a pensioner so it doesn't matter whether she has a bad credit record or not. This is the only account she has otherwise she pays everything cash.
We visited Mac at Edgar's at the glen mall in Gauteng. My mum was up for a holiday and she's a pensioner. She needed make up and I'm obsessed fan of Mac iv been using for years. My mum is quite light In completion about 2 shades than me n I use nc42. The lady tried the nc 40 and matching concealer and powder and I convinced her to take all so she spent over 2000. She's now back home in Durban and used the makeup but it made her look dark. So she looked at the makeup and they gave all the wrong colours besides the powder. They gave her my c42 and a concealer that is way too light. She is a pensioner and used her Edgar's card to pay. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be sorted. The lady that assisted was in such a hurry and had no interest in applying the make up. We r not sure. Of her name but I'm sure U can pick up from the date of purchase on the card who worked that day. We want the right colour for the foundation and concealer. I will not stop complaining until this sorted or take up with head office!! Why should my pensioner mum pay for this? Ur staff was *********** and absolutely unhelpful. She will not pay the make up off and close her account. I'm shocked at this. I convinced her to use Mac.
