Would not recommend to anyone. They apparently only assist with an entire house of furniture despite them helping me on a previous instance. The agent is rude and they simply say sorry not helping. What happened to customer service? its not like they are doing it for free. So unless you want to sell your entire house dont bother contacting them

I used moving on as we relocated to NZ. They were very kind...compassionate and understanding. It was a team of elderly ladies in alberton. This was moving on east rand. I'm in NZ now and can't get hold of them. They are reading my watsapp messages but not responding. We entrusted this company with our personal and sentimental valuables Nd house hold goods. Now when we are waiting for our recon and payment we can't get hold of them. I think I should be contacting my attorney and open up a case because this is looking like a very sceptical business here. When it came to selling the items they would immediately respond and now nothing. That was our belongings!!! You guys didn't waste time selling it and communicating with me each step. Now I'm not hearing anything???

What makes a binding contract? A binding contract is based in an agreement that is arrived at through a meeting of the minds, most often by offer and acceptance, which is for a lawful purpose, supported by lawful consideration. and in the form, if any, required by law. It is, simply, an agreement that the courts will enforce. I bought an item for R5000 on movingon and paid the R1000 deposit required I was then told that a another buyer had made a better offer of R10000 I was not prepared to pay this and the excuse Movingon use is that a seller can withdraw an item at any time They are covered in their terms and conditions that they are not liable if the seller withdraws an item. Therefore the buyer has no guarantee to secure an item after paying the deposit According to the law this is ******* as the seller did not withdraw the item but was told by the agent they had a better offer. I then tried to test the agent on this matter asking if I could make offers on a few items I missed out on. Obviously this opens a whole can of worms when this is allowed They have so many laws in place for the buyer but it seems the buyer is not protected

The lady that setup the move, was very helpful. Customer service was 5-stars. We moved to Palos Verdes recently and the moving company did great. There was no hastle with the move. They were wonderful. Highly recommend these guys.

I would really just like to know if this company is legit, as I don't find any reviews on it nor has anyone I know heard of the company? They have some great items to offer but I have never heard of them and just want to be sure it's legit
