MTN bad service
I'm trying to get a quote for early contract cancellation and there is no contact number, when I call it and follow the prompts they redirect me back to the main menu. Then I email and they want my Full name, ID number, contact number, physical address and banking details. Are you kidding me !? Horrible service

I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY THAT IS STANDARD BANK AND STILL NOTHING NO1 CAN TELL ME WHY THEY REQUEST YOU TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT TO OFFER BETTER INTEREST RATE ON YOUR LOAN AND THEN WHEN YOU DO THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE DISCOUNT AND ONTOP OF THAT IMMEDIATELY AFTER 1ST DEBIT THEY INCREASE YOUR RATE IMMEDIATELY... SCAM! RATHER TAKE OUT A HOMELOAN WITH FNB OR NEDBANK

NO INTERNET
I am currently waiting on someone to assist with activation. The box has been installed but no internet service. We have had a technician come out to replace something but still no internet called in and CS agent advised that a technician would give us a call yesterday.. No1 contacted us. I need an internet connection as I work from home half the week. Can someone urgently help get this issue resolved please?

DO NOT TAKE OUT A HOME LOAN WITH STANDARD BANK. Stick with your own bank which i wish we would have done going back to FNB! STANDARD BANK SCAMS YOU INTO OPENING UP A BANK ACCOUNT TO GET A GOOD INTEREST RATE ONLY TO NOT GIVE IT TO YOU AND CHARGE YOU THE FULL INTEREST RATE ON A HOME LOAN THEN BEFORE YOUR FIRST DEBIT ORDER THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL TELLING YOU THAT YOU RATE WENT UP! 8.75% TO 10.5% SCAMMMMM

DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!
I just found out today I am owing SARS R7400 and I recently had to pay them R665.. what is going on!? Tried calling and wasted my time ofcourse. I feel like I am being scammed here because this is just ridiculous SARs takes money monthly so how did they come to that ridiculous figure !?
