Please can someone assist me with my purchase protect claim. My claim has been outstanding since 8 September. The last correspondence was 23 September in which I was asked for information that I had supp**** twice already. There is no response every time I ask for an update. What is happening with this department? I was told queries are resolved within 5 working days, it is now over a month. Why does no one even know about this product from FNB? FNB care as well as the chat service could not assist. I seem to only get assistance when i post here?
FNB employees dont seem to know their own products. I have logged a claim using Purchase Protect on 5 September 2025 and to date i haven't received any feedback. I have tried the secure chat and I just get keeping put through from 1 department to the next and no one knows what to do. I have even tried calling the fnb careline and they are even worse. I have also tried using the purchase protect email address and I dont even get an auto response. What is up with fnb. Their bank charges are crazy high but their service is like navigating a circus. Is purchase protect even a service offered by fnb or is it just there to make them look good? I dont even have a reference number because thats how much any could not help me.
I am waiting over a week for my price beat voucher even though I was told it was approved. I've escalated this query 5 times and there has been no assistance. I've called, emailed and whatsapped and no one can assist. Games policy is 24 to 48 hours and no one wants to be accountable. When I ask for names, I am told it's against company policy to share names so now there is no trail of accountability. Game can't adhere to policies towards their customers but can only do so to save themselves. This price beat is clearly a **** and Game cannot honour their commitments. Disappointing.
I was texting Bernadette Dorkin. She doesn't reply, even as a courtesy to inform you that she's not interested. Terrible service and I hope to never use this to buy or sell again.
